Our primary source for the information listed above is you. We collect most of the information from you at the time you apply for one of our loan products.

In some cases, we may collect personal information about you from third parties. Third parties from whom we collect your personal information may include lead generators, our own company affiliates, or consumer reporting agencies.

If your request to delete is granted due to the absence of an exception, the Company will separately confirm your request before doing so.

SALE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company does not and will not sell your personal information within the meaning of the CCPA. Because the Company does not sell your personal information, you are automatically opted-out of the sale of your personal information.
